The necklace is made as one size fits all, with 40cm and an additional 5cm extension.

We are located in Sydney Australia. We process our products as per custom or personalised orders. Our processing time is 4 to 10 working days and always can accomodate urgent requests. Make sure you contact us as soon as you receive order confirmation.

We use mainly Australia Post and sometimes Courier companies. All depends on location and best route.

As our products are personalised and custom made in most cases, we don't offer returns unless the product is not as described. We always work with you to achieve the best outcome for both of us.
